A visit like no other at the NACA workshop
Discover the story of Lena, an show jumping rider, equitherapist, and psychomotor therapist, who visited the NACA workshop with her horse, Cha.
Where sport and care come together
Lena is more than a showjumping rider. With her horse Cha, whom she's known for over 4 years, she does far more than competition: Cha is also her professional partner. Lena is a psychomotor therapist and equine therapist, and together they practise equine-assisted therapy with people who need it most.
With Cha, she works in nursing homes, hospitals, palliative care units, and also with children with multiple disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders, such as autism spectrum disorders.
Every visit brings emotion, joy, and smiles that you will never forget. Cha brings calm: he senses exactly what each resident needs. In people who are ill or nearing the end of life, he awakens feelings, wonder, and rekindles a small spark that lights up their day. In an often repetitive daily routine, equine-assisted therapy can make all the difference and create a genuine connection. Simply by being there, the horse brings comfort.
From show jumping to hospital services, two different worlds united by an extraordinary horse-rider pair: together, they create connections where words are no longer always enough.
An unprecedented encounter at the heart of our workshop
That day, Cha didn't come to a hospital, but to us, at the NACA workshop.

At the heart of our manufacturing facility, between helmets, machines, stock, and the showroom, Cha met the entire team. An exceptional moment of sharing that allowed us to connect with what we work for every day.

This simple, extraordinary, timeless encounter reconnected us to the essential: sharing, exchange, with Cha's calm and gentle presence. It also allowed us to unite our two worlds, equestrian and motorcycling, which are ultimately very similar: two worlds of passion, demanding standards, and the need for protection to perform safely. And in both cases, we are always talking about horses.

Respect and listening, a shared language
We are proud to support Lena, and we thank her for her trust.
On foot and on horseback, her focus is on respect, relationships, exchange, and well-being. Horsemanship is not about strength, but about dialogue. A horse doesn't need us to speak louder to understand, but to speak more accurately. A horse that cooperates out of trust will always give more than a horse that obeys out of constraint.
You have to learn to listen, to feel. In equine therapy as in sport, the codes and objectives are the same: to create a relationship, respect, exchange, and connection with your horse.
The choice of the COMETE XP helmet
We share the same values, and the story of Lena and Cha, as well as all they accomplish for others, has deeply touched and inspired us.
Lena wears the COMETE XP in gray, which she chose to customize with a silver gray vent, paired with a matching XL visor. Her choice was NACA for the comfort, protection, and style of the helmet, but also because every step of the helmet's creation is done in-house, in our workshop in the South of France, with an available and caring team.

You too can customize yours with the COMETE configurator : shell, vent, visor, in your own image.

A big thank you to Sylvain, who accompanied us and was able to perfectly capture and transcribe this moment, as we experienced it, with simplicity and professionalism. You were able to offer an authentic perspective and faithfully reflect the state of mind we were in.
