Safety Sleeve for Fidlock® Buckle

The Gravity XP, Gravity XP Carbon and Gravity TR helmets are made with a Fidlock® magnetic buckle, supplied with a rubber sleeve.

Once the buckle is properly fastened, simply slide the safety sleeve over it to reinforce the closure and provide additional security during use.

If you have unfortunately lost this important safety component, you can order a replacement piece here.

How to use

  • Adjust the chin strap correctly: it should be tight enough that you can fit just one finger between the strap and the underside of your chin.
  • Make sure the Fidlock® buckle is fully closed before sliding the safety sleeve into place.

Tips

To avoid losing the safety sleeve, fasten the chin strap again after taking off your helmet. This will help keep the sleeve securely in place until your next ride.
